payment

to 5 "free" listings to any approved
company.
After selecting your
membership type, you will be required to submit a detailed
membership application that will include
information about your company and your listing.
You will receive a proof of your listing before
it goes live on our site. Your listing proof
will be provided in approximately 5 - 7 business
days.

Listing Agreement
Term of
Agreement:
The term
of this agreement is for 12 months.
Paid membership will commence on the 1st
day of the month following your
application or April 1, 2009,
whichever is later.
Paid and
approved
applications received prior to April
1, 2009 will be listed on our site
free of charge when accompanied by an annual
payment or payment for April
membership fees.
Free
listings are on an as available
basis. Paid advertisers will be
listed in lieu of free listings if
applicable.
What We
Agree To Do:
Throughout
the entire term of the agreement:
Tech
Herd will feature your
company on the Tech Herd
web site during the term of this
agreement. Your listing will be
featured in the order (Primary
receives priority) it was
received as long is your payment is
up to date and your company
is in good standing.
Tech
Herd will provide access to
all membership portals (under
development) during the
term of your agreement and
periodically invite you to special
presentations and offers made
possible by channel and vendor
partners.
Tech
Herd will actively promote
our web site using current
advertising methods to maximize
visibility of the companies featured
on the site.
What You
Agree To Do:
To qualify
for membership and throughout the entire
term of the agreement:
My company is
and will remain in good
standing with the Better Business Bureau
My company has
and will maintain certified
technicians on staff (A+, Net+, MCSE, CCNA
or other certifications) and a training
program in place to ensure all technicians
are qualified
My company has
and will maintain customer
service and policies in place ensuring that
the highest level of service is provided
My company can
and will provide same or next day service to
customers referred by Computer Repair Fast (except in rare
occurrences)
I affirm that I
am authorized to enter into this agreement.
You must provide
a link to Tech Herd from the main page of
your web site.
Your Listing
After successfully submitting your payment
information below, you will be provided a link
to complete information for your
listing.
