Does Computer Repair Fast provide computer repair and support
services?
No. Computer Repair Fast is a directory of computer repair
shops and IT support service companies. Any inquiry
from a customer is referred to one of our partner or
member companies.
How many companies will be listed per town or city?
The number of preferred listings varies by the population of a
town or city. For most towns, only 3 preferred companies will
be listed. For larger towns and cities, 5 - 7
companies will be listed. See the
membership
information page for exact limits by town.
How many customer leads can I expect each month?
We can not
guarantee how many leads you will receive each month
but we will work hard to deliver as many leads as
possible. We don't require any long term commitments
so if you are not receiving enough leads or value
from membership, you may terminate your membership.
Do I have to pay for
each lead that Computer Repair Fast generates?
No. The only fees for leads is your
membership fee and if you receive 100 leads and your
membership fee is just $5 a month, that's okay by us.
Can my
membership be revoked or suspended?
Yes. Companies can be removed from the Computer Repair Fast
directory for cause at any time. Cause may include a
failure to abide by membership requirements, failure
to pay membership fees or other reasons solely
determined by Computer Repair Fast management.
How is the order of listings determined?
Preferred listings are in order by the date they were placed.
The first premium membership application approved for a town
or city would hold the first listing until they do
not renew their membership or their membership is
revoked or suspended. See your membership agreement
for exact details.
Why are there two different directories, consumer and
business services?
Many IT services companies focus on one customer
type over the other. By having two different
directories allows us to qualify the customer type
providing higher quality leads.
Will Google advertisements be used on the same page
as my listing?
No. We do
not use Google advertisements on city or town pages
that have a current membership listing. We do use
Google advertisements on other pages to supplement
income and keep membership fees as low as possible.
Does Computer Repair Fast provide computer repair or
IT support services?
No. Computer
Repair Fast does not provide IT support services
directly to customers. We do provide consulting
services to IT service companies, offer 3rd party IT
products (backup service, software, security, etc.)
and provide free advice and information to customers
via our web site.
What is Tech Herd?
Tech Herd was a national and on-site IT services
brand that has been combined with the Computer
Repair Fast brand. Tech Herd used quality outsourced
computer repair and IT service companies throughout
the United States to deliver services. Many of these
same companies are featured on the Computer Repair
Fast directory.
